worked out in Miami, 10 Wall ball shots, 15 ring dips, 20 2pood KB sumo dead lifts in 20 minutes. Did 5 rounds…..Also, thanks for keeping our prices low Russell, they charge like $225 a month there, and i had to pay $25 freak’n dollars to workout with them once!!

then 16kg kettle bell curls to failure then back on bar at 155 for Russell to show me what it means to do a clean with ‘no arms’. should make muscle ups that much more fun!

I’m thinking about either the morning session or the one following that one. Most likely the AM session. I have to get back to HSV in decent time Saturday.
Form is truly my issue here. Failed at 135 first try, then floated 135 easy. Couldn’t get weight to stay in heels! I believe 135 is close to PR if not one!
20 minutes late to class so I sort of jumped in on this and started at 65…went up to 95 and did that 4 times but was having some form issues so Russell held me there. I think I should be able to get 105 or 115 once I get my form down. I am holding the bar out and jumping backwards for some reason…frustrating.
