Felt good today. I think 185 is there if I can just get my brain to link to my ass and get under the bar. Everything up to 185 felt good, but fell apart after that.
Filming the lift revealed what I was doing wrong – Not finishing the hip thruster shrug, and then not getting elbows underneath and prying up with elbows in squat. Good form on 165. Pulled forward on 175.

Was able to clean 225 relatively easy every time compared to how much I struggled trying to get out of the hole on the squat.
My form is total crap. I need to start working some “clean therapy”
