Oh my Mr. Naumcheff, just read those regional WODs, and you are certainly going to get the opportunity to excel! Those events are designed to separate the men from the boys in a hurry.

  2. Jake Naumcheff Fan says:

Wow first day I have had access/the ability to check the internet since I have been here in the Afghanistan Theater. I have been moving around alot to FOBs and COPs and missing my CFHSV family. Then the first thing I read at CFHSV site is the regional WODs are posted. Snake, these WODs were built with you in mind. Be Smart, Be Ready, Be the MAN! Get ready to crush them. CFHSV Rocks. God Bless, JN Fan Out

I was encouraged tonight about getting my shoulder fixed. Tracy Roberts PR’d on her clean, big time tonight! Her bench wasn’t too shabby either… for a lil chick:) Since her surgery, she has gained her strength back quickly and in many ways I see her form has improved. MAYBE BECAUSE SHE HAD TO REST IT? Not sure…but its an improvement never the less. YAY
