Excessive debt caused the financial crisis. Everyone from the banks to the corner crack dealers had too much of it. The yes when the economy tipped ever so slightly downward the economy sunk. However the negative slide would have quickly reversed itself had it not been for all the debt. The debt was the anchor around the debtors feet holding him under water.

Couldn’t get under 225#, but on a good note. 3 reps at 205# were PR. I consider this 3 heavy singles, not a 3RM. Spent too much time gasping for air and staring at the floor for to consider these a 3RM.

The dl were heavier than i expected after the cleans. I very much dislike cleans!!
