With a continually running clock, perform as many power cleans as possible in one minute at each of the following weights with one minute of rest between each: 95-115-135-165-185-205-225,

When a power-clean can no longer be performed, switch to Deadlifts and continue to count reps.

Post total number of Power-clean and Deadlift reps to comments.

What happens when you win your wealth instead of earning it?

The nature of recessions is important because of what may be the free-market economists’ most surprising contention: that the recession triggered the financial crisis, not the other way around.

  14. Daniel says:

Excessive debt caused the financial crisis. Everyone from the banks to the corner crack dealers had too much of it. The yes when the economy tipped ever so slightly downward the economy sunk. However the negative slide would have quickly reversed itself had it not been for all the debt. The debt was the anchor around the debtors feet holding him under water.

    PC 65/ DL 0
Couldn’t get under 225#, but on a good note. 3 reps at 205# were PR. I consider this 3 heavy singles, not a 3RM. Spent too much time gasping for air and staring at the floor for to consider these a 3RM.

  20. Katie says:

    34 cleans 29 dl = 63 total
    65 – 17 cleans
    85 – 11 cleans
    105 – 5 cleans
    125 – 1 clean
    145 – 11 dl
    165 – 9 dl
    185 -9 dl

The dl were heavier than i expected after the cleans. I very much dislike cleans!!
