  1. Awesome work this morning by everyone! A TON of PR’s across the board. Way to get after it guys.

  2. Stacey says:

    Awesome pic Karen!!

Wish I could be there today…I really wanted a new score for Crossfit Total…Stupid work gets in the way of everything…haha

Good luck to everyone else πŸ™‚

  3. Eric Hedges says:

Enjoyed my first CrossFit workout today. Although I have a good bit to learn I felt good about my first Totals.

    Squat: 295
    Shoulder Press: 185
    Deadlift: 365

    (PR) Total: 845

  4. Larry Lowe says:

    255/135/345 = 735

not pr on anything. Deadlift form was terrible. I’m weaker than I was last time I totaled.

  5. Justin says:

    BS-355 (10 off PR)
    SP-180 (Ties PR)
    DL-470 (5lb PR)
    CFT-1005 (35lb PR)

  6. Tye says:

    BS – 255 tie PR
    SP – 140 tie PR
    DL – 365 tie PR
    CFT – 760 5 lb PR

Disappointed with how things went this morning. I’ve been drastically improving in most everything over the last month metcon wise, but my strenght has completely stalled from October, minus a 5 lb increase on my SP.

    • KLowe says:

Didn’t you just read the “P Word” article yesterday?

I’d see an increase in met-cons across the board and a 5lb PR on the total as a WIN.

    • Patrick says:

Didn’t you pull a 15# PR on the weighted pull up last week? 130# is an impressive pull up. I’d call that an increase in strength.

    • Tye says:

You both are right, I guess I just expect more out of myself in relation to the squat and deadlift.

Strength is a weakness for me in pretty much every movement, with the exception of weighted pullups. I’ve just got to decide to do something about it, and I know my form is the first thing I have to correct. It’s all just a matter of how bad I want to improve.

    • Justin says:

Elizabeth yesterday didn’t help you at all. That many squat cleans are not conducive to getting prs the next day.

  7. Penelope says:

    CFT = 400 (PR)
    135 BS, 65 SP, 200 DL (PR)
    Great 6am class today!

  8. Will Blankenship says:

    CFT – 805 PR

    BS: 275 (PR, 20 over)
    SP: 145 (10 under PR)
    DL: 385 (PR, 10 over)

  9. Eric Hedges says:

@ Justin… Long way to go to get close to your totals but thanks!

  10. Robert S. says:

Did another WOD with my crew today.

    Tabata Row: 7-7-7-6-6-5-5

    3x max distance farmers carry

    I used 80# DB. 200′-200′-200′

  11. tracey rauer says:

    BS=225#(PR) SP=95# DL= 240#(pr) total=560

then worked on linked pull ups. 15reps πŸ™‚

Thanks Patrick for your help! I’ll be In my ZEN place for heavy lifts, from now on.

  12. Patrick says:

    BS: 335 (PR)
    SP: 185 (PR)
    DL: 425 (PR)

    Total: 945 (PR)… 55 measly little pounds to hit a 1000.

  13. tracey says:

    back squats=225(pr)
    Shoulder press= 95 stuck there!
    deadlift= 240(pr) = 560

then practiced linkin pu’s 15 reps!
Patrick was a huge help and I needed every word he spoke. THANK YOU PATRICK!!

    • Patrick says:

Truly awe inspiring squat! That is the longest I’ve ever seen a CFHSV athlete push into the bar at their sticking point without dumping. Strong Work!
The Deadlift… Go Heavier. Your stronger than you think.

  14. Dean says:

    BS 315(pr)
    SP 155
    DL 355(pr, 2x body weight)
    CFT 825

My goal for today was to break 800 and i better than i wanted to! The deadlift PR as 30lbs more than last time. Felt great.

  15. Slade White says:

    Good night for CF Total

    BS 305 (5 lb pr)

    SP 150 (10 lb pr)

    DL 405 (35 lb pr)

    Total = 860

    The CFFB is working!
