10:40 something. Felt like this was the first time I’d ever done CrossFit…

But….Katherine isn’t feeling better yet, so why should I?

  2. Slade White says:

17:03 This one was not……..fun. I won’t make the obvious comments about the picture, but I will say I’m glad my slow A** was off camera so you couldn’t see my awesome facial expression.

  3. JT says:

This was awful, the only good part was my first sprint – from there on it was downhill. 13:43 and that was only 3 rounds – my back was having major pains and the run was killing it. Sorta crazy – I wasn’t expecting it to be that hard, but then again, I never claimed to be smart.

  4. Clint says:

Ah the great experience of running.

15:30 something had zero go juice after second round. I look to do this one again some point in the future.

    Not fun : (

  8. Karen says:

    15:24. Did I mention I don’t like running?

  9. Daniel says:

OK, I’m usually good at running, but I sucked hard wind after the first round. It was the squats that killed me. I can usually knock those out.

I need to work on staying back in my heels and keeping my chest held high. The picture screams bad form. I’m the guy hunched over like a 90 year old man on the far left.

  10. Tricer says:

13:50. I honestly didn’t think it was going to be bad, however … it was.

  11. Hudson Slater says:

12:48. First round was pretty good but after that my legs were dead. 400m run or 50 squats by themselves isn’t hard but put together they make up an horrible leg burning workout

  12. Justin says:

Jason, your first lap was about 1:04…I think that may have been your downfall

  13. Brad says:

13:00. What can I say running sucks that bad

  14. Larry Lowe says:

Back cramped up. I guess leaning at the waist to go faster and rounding my back at the bottom of my squat is not a good thing.

  15. Lindsey says:

14:19 – Did anyone else feel like their quads were being ripped out of their legs? Mine did!

  16. Slade White says:

Yes, as a matter of fact I found one of my quads still laying in the bed this morning after I got up……

  17. Katherine Berger says:

Swine Flu + Bronchitis + 19 days of no exercise + champagne binge + baby who will NEVER sleep through the night = lame workout time of 18:36

Seriously, this was incredibly hard for me! I was seeing spots and my legs felt like complete jello!

  18. Katie says:

    I detest running.
