Did not eat today too busy felt week on sets 4 and 5. I could really tell the fact I have not done these in awhile

My WOD was 15 minutes of “pre-gaming” for this weekend.
Feeling pretty good if I do say so myself. Ready for the pain and suffocation!
Can’t wait. Hopefully I will be able to sleep instead mentally running the WODS over and over again.

500lbs is a ridiculous amount of weight…that’s very impressive
Would like to add that many women in the CrossFit Women class aren’t posting yet…but on their first DeadLift One Rep Max work out, Lindsay and Jordan pulled 205 like it was nothing and Andrea pulled 225! Impressive!
