Looking for somebody to do Leggy Lynne with me today. Anyone interrested?

  2. Daniel says:

Sad that the UN has chosen to honor Castro for a failing goverment, plunging his country into a dark age, holding political prisioners, etc. I’d like to see the voting record on that award.

  3. Justin says:

Made it through three rounds of yesterday’s workout this morning
    as rx’d at 170#
    BP 42 (20, 12, 10)
    PU 49 (20, 14, 15)
    BS 50 (20, 15, 15)
    Total 141

Awful workout. I was extremely lightheaded and nauseous after squats every round. I couldn’t even stand up to spot Kyle after the second round. Time was running low, so I decided to cut my losses and stop before I ruined the rest of the day.

  4. Russell says:

yeah I basically did the same thing Justin-

    BP- (17, 10, 10)
    PU- (35, 35 ,30)
    BS- (20, 25, 15)

First two round were at 175#, third round was at 165#. I dropped weight thinking it would reduce the nausea I was feeling. No such luck. started dry heaving a little and decided to call it a day.

  5. Jakub Sikorski says:

Five rounds for max reps of body weight back squat (185#) 2 to 3 minute rest:
    20-18-14-13-14 Total=79

I only did 38 reps yesterday so I wanted to do back squat again.

  6. Clint says:

I’m not sure about leggy Lynne, I felt horrible for hours. I didn’t normalize until around 6 p.m. and still have some residual feelings today. Crazy workout….do not like it one bit.

Leggy Lynne looks awesome! Kudos to all of yall that pushed yourselves to illness! Wish I could have joined you. I walked in the gym late yesterday and it looked like a “zombie” movie. People laying down, prone, bent over garbage cans. Noticed not much talking or socializing. Must have been great!

Spotted the freakshow aka. Russell for two of the sets. Yeah…there is a reason you were puking…..haven’t seen that much power output from anyone / anywhere. Like our discussion yesterday…..outputting that much effort in that short of time….I feel it is fair to listen to your body and stop at 3 sets if you “fee” that is sufficient enough.

Needed the rest today but I have the addict withdraws. Irritability, restlessness, jittery. Can’t wait for tomorrow!
