I am back. Arm still bad and battling a cough for 3 weeksbut it was nice to see everyone again. Well at least Jasper, Kevin and Russell at 6 am.
I did an heavy jackie:
1000 m run 50 FSPP @ 55# 30 pull ups
1 round for time= 14:13
I’m finally getting Kipping pull ups!!! That will really help improve my times!
