95-115-125(x)
Felt like I made a little progress, but I don’t really have anything to show for it. I spent a lot of time at 95 and 115 working on form, and I was tired by the time I tried to move up in weight.

*Felt comfortable in the catch at times and with weight overhead at times. Need to work on form and staying on my heels like usual.

Snatches only. Combining with squat was a challenge – lower back muscles are not engaging (strong enough) to maintain OH squat all the way down and back up….. I need lots of overhead squat/front squat therapy.
Only 2nd time to do the snatch (giggle giggle) but form looked much better tonight.
Busted on my first one and dropped the bar right on my right ankle……….wanted to cry like a girl…….area is numb and then pain around the numb area. Should be another awesome bruise!
First time actually being off of work when the WOD involved the snatch, so I enjoyed getting some coaching instead of trying to figure it out on my own.

Also need to get comfortable catching heavy with solid arms. Heavy snatch balance should help.
