  6. Aaron says:

13:49 in 410ish steps. PR’d by 1 second but increased my steps by roughly 20…curious, is that a wash??

Great work G! Way to crush your previous time.

Not really sure on steps, but I was at 160 at 200m. So I’ll say approx. 320.

If it weren’t for Ryan pushing me through this one I would have finished much slower.

Signed up for the Mobility Cert in Nov. at CF ATL. Saturday was full, so I got a Sunday spot. If anyone else wants to go on Sunday let me know!

    • Kerri says:

Robert, I’m not surprised that you forgot your number of steps this time…..Last time we did this, you kept checking up with me, for YOUR number of steps….=o)

Hoping to PR like you today, even though I won’t have you pushing me.

    • Robert S. says:

I have to do what I have to do.. A combination of math and lunges does not work for me. You’ve got a PR for sure, just go to a happy place and lunge away!

  12. Penelope says:

19:38 in >400 steps. Thanks for all the bday wishes this morning!

Yet another reason to do squat therapy!

    Squat Clean
    225-245-255-265PR-275(x)-275(x)-275(x)

Got under 275 without too much trouble the first time just couldn’t stand up with it.

    Then:
    400m Walking Lunges

    10:55ish PR

I couldn’t see what my stopwatch said when I got back so I tried to stop it and I accidently hit the split button then hit the stop button a few seconds later. Tracey was on my tail the entire time during this one!

  16. Rich C. says:

19:23, didnt count steps. Thanks to Robert for pushing me the last few meters!

  17. Russell says:

    10:07

    Last time I got 9:17

not so good. Didn’t feel very taxed either, just didn’t move very fast.

Oh yeah and I didn’t push off my legs with my hands. That stuff is for sissies.

  18. Dennis B says:

If anyone is interested in putting Russell’s POSE class to practical application, I will be conducting a 5km run on the CrossCountry course at 7:00 a.m. Sunday morning.

We will perform a light warm-up with some POSE drills and then hit it. The beauty is you can run the 1, 2, or 3 mile course if you have calf problems or just want to practice at shorter distances.

Respond to today’s blog thread, tomorrow’s, or Saturday’s to let me know. Train Hard, Train Smart, Train to Survive! Dennis

  19. Josh Kennedy says:

16min on a 400m track, concentrating on good form rather than speed. Will feel it tomorrow!

  20. Emily D. says:

    21:35 I think

Ummm…..PR by 11 minutes 🙂 last time I was still new to Crossfit and well….a lot dang slower!!!

I hate lunges with a passion.

  21. Tasha W says:

    200m – 9:56

  22. Kerri says:

15:14, 17 seconds slower than my PR in November

4th day on, not sure how much that has to do with it. 350ish steps. Great job to Brad and Katie today. Nice that Russell caught all of us!

  23. Carson says:

    I’m late to the party.

    200m, 176 steps, and something under 18 minutes (I couldn’t hear a time when I stopped).

I didn’t do the full 400 for two reasons: I’m about to have knee surgery so gotta limit my activity, and I needed to be able to move for football tryouts tonight. Well, I limited activity for the surgery. Check. I failed at keeping it at a place where I could still move. It’s basically Sunday morning, and I am so freakin’ sore… ugh. I’ll be lucky if I’m able to move by my surgery Wednesday!
