    Still sore from the wall balls but I pushed through…85-85-85-95 (2/3)-85…having a hard time walking today…it’s great!!!

    Very Frustrating day!
    Under estimated the effects of “Karen” which I did yesterday. Legs felt fine going into the Front Squat wod but I guess they were fatigued. Who knows…it doesn’t matter. Very Frustrating though!!!

    My back is still injured so I had a separate work out:
    5 Assisted Muscle ups & 5 Handstand Push-ups
    As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes:
    8 rounds completed

    I hate being hurt!
