    Crossfit Total = 555 (up 20 lbs)
    Back squat 180 (pr)
    Shoulder press 95
    Dead Lift 280(pr)

    Way to go Lesha on 200lbs for Back Squat!!!

    Tried to kill my lungs for today so since I couldn’t remember anything I made my own up.

    AMRAP for 10 minutes
    5 Pull-ups
    10 Push Press @ 75#

    5 Pull-ups
    10 Push Press @ 75 lbs
    10 KB swings @ 24 kg
    10 Ball Slams @ 25 lbs

    Squat 250(PR), Press 135×2,160X,155X, DL345(PR) = 740ish
    Up from 685. Goal was to get over 700. New goal = 800.

    After my suckfest with Barbara yesterday, I’m pretty happy with 2 PRs.
    Pretty sure I could have gotten the 155 Press…but, but, but
