    I know from past experience that 150 air squats are enough to completely trash my legs. I dont know why I thought 150 back squats were a good idea!

    Man it was pure survival during this WOD. After the Snatches and Clean and Jerks the Quads were full of blood and the run was hard, but on the deadliest no problem and the run felt great. HMMm maybe a little quad dominant on snatches and PCs???
    These WODs are definitely not my forte, as this one hurt.Strength/Weakness
