Started HSPUs at around 7:10. This wod was mondo frustrating and prolly did it’s purpose exposing a weakness in my presses. Great job to everyone who finished this morning, rx’d or scaled.
The HSPU’s were harder than I expected, I knocked out the first eleven without stopping then did one set of five. From there it was one set of three and singles.
You rocked it! I’m betting you still would have finished before the 25 min cut-off had Jake not scaled this from how mainsite originally programmed it. When it comes up on mainsite, it’s 50 reps of everything and the HSPU are “nose to floor”… Funk-a-bunch of that.
NOSE? that’s insane!
