Thursday Morning(approx. 1am-4am) Crossfit “BABY” WOD 4 rounds of:(1) power clean baby out of crib
(2) carry baby to rocker
(4) front squat baby out of rocker
(5) The “silent” walk carrying baby back to crib

Just had it happen again, so I have to say….. If I had a dollar for every person who stopped me to ask, “What’s that sticker on your car? Is it the ‘Transformers’ logo?” 🙂 I want to sing back to them, “Yeah – ‘More than meets the eye!'” hahaha!!
I will say, though, because people have to ask, it’s the BEST convo starter. I have probably talked about CF with strangers at least 20 times since I put it on the window of the Tahoe about 6 weeks ago.

Also got 4min on the squat test. First time I’ve done it.
I did yesterday’s workout at home. My rings aren’t hire enough to do full muscle ups, so I had to do started from seated on the floor in L-sit position.
I miss 0600. I’ve been traveling and Amanda has been spending the night at church with the Youth for Mission Week. Back to a semi-regular schedule next week.
I’ve been sick all week..of all weeks. There is a Lord and he understand how much running and I do not get along. Missing my CF folks and sweating profusely.

Wed. And today, long mountain hike….amazing view and one heck of a stunt butt workout!!!
Something like 12:40, 75#. Runs were not, repeat NOT, done with a lot of intensity (neither were the snatches for that matter, trying to concentrate on form and technique)
Lunch class- 9:54 with 125 pounds. Kinda sucked. I need more CF.
