Greg, day off for me today. Besides after heavy split jerk and push press last night my shoulders are toast.
Hang squat cleans will always have a special place in my Crossfit heart. My first spectacular failure with a barbell! Both me and the bar wound up on the floor. Then when I picked it up a couple minutes later and tried again (spectacular failure #2), that might have been the moment I became truly hooked on Crossfit. 🙂

Great job to everyone this morning. Anything from the hang requires a little extra coordination and can be frustrating to some if it’s a newer movement. Very dependent on hip speed and for a hang squat clean a whole lot of speed under the bar.
But you guys did great. Lot’s of PR’s this morning
Good 7am class today. It is very motivating to be back in a group atmosphere.
