    9 rounds + 10 with 225# DL
Today is the first day that I am not painfully reminded of Saturday’s 5k every time I move my legs.

    Crossfit Fort Worth
    6 rounds for time:
    400 m run
    12 KB swings
    6 push ups

This one ended up being a lot tougher than it looks……..running just wasn’t my friend this morning.

    Super nice guys.

  5. Will Blankenship says:

    Scaled to 225#… wasn’t feeling the 275# DL’s today.

    15 rnds + 12 reps

    Craig killed this one!

    21+5 rx
-partitioned the push-ups to 7+6 to avoid failure…13 wasn’t all that bad to do (started doing 13’s at the end). Might have lost some time in the partitions….but I won’t complain a bit about a little extra rest.

Did this one solo which is a good thing b/c I was screaming like a maniac for every DL rep from round 15+

  11. Katie says:

    8+5 at 175 for round 1 and 165 for rounds 2-9.

    18 as r xd

*Great to see all the folks from my old lunch class. Everyone worked hard. Rounds 11 to 18 I was thinking about the hero the wod was named after.

  13. Kerri says:

As rx’ed (when I did the math, was 190#)
12 rds +24…3 blasted box jumps away from lucky number 13!!!

Great WOD! Loved it, and glad to do it all out in honor of one of our many heroes!

  14. Russ says:

    11 rds + 1 DL (Scaled to 225#s).

  15. Patrick says:

    Scaled 14+5

I hate to scale hero WODs, it seems a dishonor to this young Ranger, the Regiment, his fiance, parents and brother. But, today I just couldn’t take the pain.

    Scaled to 20″ step ups.
DL’s all unbroken. 275# through round 7 then started dodgey rounded back pulls, dropped to 245# for the last 8 rounds.
