    That was a fun WOD to watch and judge! The CFHSV team went hard and knocked out a lot of WODs in a short amount of time. Now it’s the Age Group Quarterfinals turn! Ready to watch 18 CFHSV masters athletes run through a few walls. Good luck to all our Quarterfinalists starting tomorrow and through the weekend. Come out and support them if you’ve got the time! Time to Roll CFHSV!!
