    NIKKO! This guy is an animal and a CrossFit stud! He can handle as much volume as anyone I know, and he only knows how to give 100%. Looking so strong as always, but don’t be fooled, he outruns everyone by a country mile every Saturday morning. Way to be, Nikko! 😁

You all set the standard and continuously encourage not only myself but everyone in this community to become better in and out the gym. You guys are AWESOME!!
