2 of the many studs who showed out this past weekend. Congrats to Brian and Paul on making the podium. All that hard work is definitely paying off. Keep it up fellas!
…ole “Steel” McNeely at it again! This young blood is on the up and up and I have no doubt he is going to stay that path when he goes off to get educated. While you’re there, educate them other suckas in the subject of Whoop A**!!!
I can’t say enough how impressed I am by Brian. This dude can do it all. He is the specialist of unspecialization, a true crossfitter, an experienced competition veteran. It’s worth mentioning that he competed back to back days, first as an individual and then on a team at this year’s Mayhem on the Mountain. In your face!
Paul and Brian showing out at Mayhem on the Mountain this past weekend! Way to represent yourselves and CrossFit Huntsville guys! Congrats on a job well done! 🙂
There’s a heck of a lot of HUNK in these pics! The young buck Paul testing his metal for the first time in competition and making podium is scary good and the humble veteran Brian who’s always lending a hand to fellow athletes and showing us how to ‘buck up’ for back to back days while taking podium is just plain Brian Bad A**!
Paul McNeely – Keep pushing boy! They don’t call him Lebron Gainz for nothin’. You’ve committed to the grind. If they reach, you teach. Keep reachin’ young blood!
Thanks for all of the kind words. I can’t say enough about the CrossFit Huntsville coaches and community. You guys have made my fitness journey an absolute blast. Sad to have my last class for a while, but excited to see what the future brings! Can’t wait to come back in November!
41:19 Rxd Definitely had to mentally push to finish!
Great pics Brian and Paul! Paul we have enjoyed having you at CFHSV and look forward to seeing you back in November! Awesome work this morning!!

Great job this weekend Brian and Paul. Paul good luck on the Plains. While I can’t approve of your college decision, I at least appreciate its not at the school west of Birmingham. Good luck and stay strong!
Shhhhhhh! Not many people know I bled orange and white for 19 years…..?Ole Dad is def rolling in his grave! Although I bleed Crimson and White, that 3rd weekend in October is still rough one! RTR Btw, great work today!

Can’t find a RX score for myself anywhere, so I guess this is the first time for me. That 10 ft line 150 times honestly sucked.
Nice work making the podium at Mayhem Brian and Paul! That swim was BRUTAL!
