    Landon lookin way too slick. This guy is an athlete. He’s a natural. Landon was CrossFitting long before he came to CFHSV and we’re lucky enough to see the skills he’s honed. Landon doesn’t settle though. He’s still working hard for gains in strength, endurance, and skill. Landon shows up at different times and I always appreciate and respect when y’all make it to the gym despite life changing your schedules. Landon is a top notch guy that’s always polite and receptive to feedback. If you’ve never seen him do Bar MUs it’s something out of a circus act…it’s incredible and looks way too easy. I’m a big fan dude…keep up the awesome work!

    Landon putting in work and looking cool in the process 😎 Landon is a super nice guy who’s always been polite and friendly. He makes body weight movements look effortless, and he knows how to move a barbell, too. He’s dedicated to his fitness and shows up at all hours of the day to get the work done. He’s a great guy, and we are always happy to see him walk through the door. Keep after it, Landon! 😁
