Back to back Bar Muscle Ups! Regina can do anything she decides to do. Regina has been with us at CFHSV for a long time now and her growth has been steady, impressive, and done the right way. She works drills, weaknesses, accessories, strength, and of course the girl knows how to WOD. She’s encouraging to those around her, always has a kind word for the coaches, and brings her best everyday. She’s a great mom and person and I always look forward to chatting, joking, and coaching with her in class ?

There she is! Regina is an awesome person, an incredibly hard working lady, and a rock star of a CrossFitter. She’s put in the time and energy it takes to make incredible gains, and she gets to show off daily all that hard work and dedication. She’s easy going, friendly, and has a sneaky sense of humor, too. And she’s the one person I can count on to share an encouraging word even in the midst of a brutal workout. Regina is awesome and she definitely makes CrossFit Huntsville a better place!! ?

I don’t know how many countless times any one of us has looked at the scheduled WOD, remembered how awful it was from a previous year, then rearranged our schedule to make sure we can get to the gym that day. And that’s because of all the work our amazing coaches put in throughout the day and behind the scenes to make our experience fantastic, and because of the awesome athletes who show up and show out all day every day. I appreciate y’all; CFHSV is the best! ❤️
