-Max Muscle-Ups (Ring or Bar) or Burpee Pull-ups

-2 Rope Climbs 15′  MRX 10′
-Max Toes To Bar

      Dang it, i just noticed that I did CTB pull-ups for the final set😩 Good practice nonetheless.😅
