    I see ya hiding behind that Bell Matt. Matt doing work as usual. He’s always working and pushing to maintain and progress in his fitness. Matt’s as kind as they come. He’s encouraging and always willing to listen or chat in an effort to help out his fellow athletes or just be a friend. He’s got a great family that have been a part of CFHSV for years now and we love them. Matt doesn’t have plans on retiring his body and fitness any time soon. Keep owning the Bell Matt!

    There he is! That’s one bad to the bone CrossFit stud right there ? Matt is a great person who is part of an awesome family. He’s a committed CrossFitter who puts in the time and effort to do things right, and he works hard towards mastering his craft. He’s a lifelong leaner who is always interested in expanding his knowledge, and I always enjoy chatting with him about not just CrossFit, but life in general. Keep up the solid work, Matt!! ?
