      WOD @ Crossfit RVA: 15 Mins for 2 rep low bar back squat: 365 x 2.
      15 min. AMRAP:10 front squats @ 155
      10 over the bar burpee
      400 meter run:
      3 rnds + 15 reps
      TIP: Do not eat pizza before cross-fitting!

        Pizza before crossfitting is definitely bad. That is why I always choose Moose Tracks ice cream as my pre-workout!
