Man I tried to hang with some of the elite competitive group today and it put a whipping on me. Hope to be able to move and get back in and perform “KettleBell Killed the CrossFit Star.” I validated this WOD before and can directly relate to Kodi’s punching in the back statement. Not sure how they crush these double days.
