Complete the following for time of:

13 KBS  2pd/1.5pd  (50 and over 1.5pd/1pd)

1 goblet squat 2pd/1.5pd (50 and over 1.5pd/1pd)

12 KBS  2pd/1.5pd  (50 and over 1.5pd/1pd)

2 goblet squats  2pd/1.5pd  (50 and over 1.5pd/1pd)

11 KBS  2pd/1.5pd  (50 and over 1.5pd/1pd)

3 goblet squats  2pd/1.5pd  (50 and over 1.5pd/1pd) …

continue pattern until 1 KBS and 13 goblet squats

    Man I tried to hang with some of the elite competitive group today and it put a whipping on me. Hope to be able to move and get back in and perform “KettleBell Killed the CrossFit Star.” I validated this WOD before and can directly relate to Kodi’s punching in the back statement. Not sure how they crush these double days.

    Snatch at 135 And ground to overhead at 185. I was at 26:28 on the round of 7 ground to overhead when my shoulder started to have sharp pain. So I decided to quit at that.
