In Corpus Christi, TX this week for business. Can highly recommend SeaCity CF if you find yourself there. Got to WOD with their Barbell Club (powerlifting) last night: Building to 1RM squat-clean, 195# for me.
They have a 5am class for the completely nuts, so had to check out that crowd. Woken up by FRAN, 6:30 (not a PR).

Haley is from CC and a couple of times she has gone to visit she WODs there and really likes it as well…although i cannot see her making a 0500 class…..nice job!
