    Sara P locked out and looking strong! Sara has always been a consistent, hard working athlete who has made great strides in her strength, skill and overall fitness. She CrossFitted all through her pregnancy, had a beautiful baby girl, and came back without skipping a beat. She and David are a great pair who make CFHSV a better place. Stay after it, Sara! 😁

    That’s a great shot of Sara P. That one arm S2O with a KB is tough and so is Sara. She’s been awesome since joining CFHSV and CrossFitted through her pregnancy like the champion all you healthy moms are. She’s CrossFit Courteous and hard working which makes her joy to have in class. You rock Sara 😊
