    Ruthie taking a rare break to catch her breath. She’s been going hard with a great attitude and there’s no stop in sight. She’s a natural athlete with the same natural drive. Keep showin up young stud!

    I’m surprised we actually got a picture of Ruthie resting, because once she starts she usually doesn’t stop until the WOD is over! This young stud is a natural athlete and a natural at all things CrossFit. Keep it up, Ruthie! 😃
