    Look at those two love birds! That’s one of many Power Couples at CFHSV. Patrick and Brinn are part of an awesome family that we are lucky enough to have at CFHSV. Brinn and Patrick have a great gym relationship that’s full of jokes, fake trash talking, encouragement, and a lot of hard work. They’re great individuals too and I always enjoy sharing conversations and jokes with them. They work hard in and out of the gym and I’m always impressed with their commitment to their fitness. Keep rockin you two 😊

    Two CrossFit studs, wearing out that track! Brinn and Patrick are great individuals who make an awesome team in and out of the gym. They’re hard working and driven, but they also know how to enjoy themselves and each other, even amidst a tough WOD. They’re part of a great family who we love having at CFHSV. Keep leading the way, Brinn! And keep trying to catch up, Patrick. 😉

    Brinn and Patrick! That’s right Patrick, keep trying to catch her! This is one awesome couple! They are fun, coachable and competitive! You know it’s going to be a good day when both of these guys walk through the door. They are always smiling and pushing each other. Love having this family at the gym and look forward to seeing more of Brinn as soon as we can finally pull her out of the library! 😬
