Look at those two love birds! That’s one of many Power Couples at CFHSV. Patrick and Brinn are part of an awesome family that we are lucky enough to have at CFHSV. Brinn and Patrick have a great gym relationship that’s full of jokes, fake trash talking, encouragement, and a lot of hard work. They’re great individuals too and I always enjoy sharing conversations and jokes with them. They work hard in and out of the gym and I’m always impressed with their commitment to their fitness.
