B. 6 minute AMRAP of:

15 pull-ups

30 double unders

rest 2 minutes

6 minute AMRAP of:

15 hand release push-ups

30 double unders

*start where you left off, if on pull-ups, pick up on push-ups same number)

SCORE = Total rounds plus reps from both AMRAPS
