The Tabata interval is 20 seconds of work following by 10 seconds of rest for 8 intervals. Tabata score is the least number of reps performed in any of the 8 intervals.


Due to the weather conditions, all morning classes, 6am, 7am, 815am and 915am will be canceled. We plan to be open for the 1130am class, but will post on our site and on Facebook if the situation changes. Please check the site before heading in for class.
