B. Spend 10 minutes working on hang power snatch

C. 3 rounds for time of:

50 squats

7 bar muscle ups

10 hang power snatch 115/80

    To add to the Tracey coaching lovefest, a special thanks for the technique change that lead to my first workout doing unbanded pull ups!!!!! 28 and then my hand ripped wide open! YEAH! And thanks to my 9:15am cheering section!!!!! 🙂
