WOD:
A. Spend 10 minutes working on bar muscle-ups or pull-ups and dips
B. Spend 10 minutes working on hang power snatch
C. 3 rounds for time of:
50 squats
7 bar muscle ups
10 hang power snatch 115/80

all linked very impressive! i was 1 at a time for mu but unbroken on the hps….
