    That work out creeped up on me. Completed all but my last two muscle ups at the end of 20:00 cutoff. Great workout! Lots of strong people at 0600.

      Nice article but I was a bit puzzled and offended that this ‘dude’ considers Ice Cream his ‘weakness’. Ice Cream is my Strength. I couldn’t overhead squat 405 for 5 reps if it wasn’t for Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream.
