3 muscle ups or double push-up burpee pull-ups

Nice article but I was a bit puzzled and offended that this ‘dude’ considers Ice Cream his ‘weakness’. Ice Cream is my Strength. I couldn’t overhead squat 405 for 5 reps if it wasn’t for Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream.
Only 405? You could probably get 415+ if you switched to chocolate moose tracks!
