    Jim lookin mean and focused with that weight overhead. He’s anything but mean but a real athlete in the gym. He’s skilled and well rounded and can do damage to any WOD put in his way. The best part is that he’s polite, kind, and CrossFit courteous in the gym and a heck of guy, husband, and dad outside the gym. Glad he found us at CFHSV cause he and his family have made the gym a better place.

    Love this shot of Jim putting in work! This man is a great CrossFitter and an awesome person. He’s always so kind and friendly, and it’s been a pleasure getting to know him. He’s got some pretty awesome kids too, who know how to throw down CFHSV style just like their dad. Keep it up, Jim! ?
