A. In 10 minutes, achieve a 2RM OHS

rest 5 minutes, set up muscle-up and pull-up areas

B. 10 minute AMRAP of:

3 OHS 95/65  RX+ 135/95  (55 and over 75/55)

3 burpee muscle ups OR 3 double push-up burpee pull-ups
