A. Strict Press: 9 – 6 – 3 – 4 – 1/2   E3MOM

B. 12 minute AMRAP of:

Buy In: 6 wall walks  RX+ 120ft handstand walk  (MRX 3 wall walks)

then,

6 bar facing burpees

12 shoulder to overhead  95/65  (MRX 75/55)

6 chest to bar pull-ups  RX+ 6 bar muscle-ups  (MRX 6 pull-ups)

C. Core and Shoulder Accessory Training:

25 evil wheels

25 strict bar dips

25 V-ups

200m waiter’s walk with 55/45/35/25 pound plate

    Oooweee! Nolan has some serious hops. I watched this dude clear that 30″ box every rep the whole WOD. He’s a hard worker with an awesome attitude. Keep it up stud!
