Dave Mo Fo Mixon runs the lunch crew like a boss…or maybe it’s more like a friend. If you’ve been around CFHSV any time you’ve probably been encouraged by Dave. He loves a long punishing WOD cause he loves to never quit. He’s also been putting up some Leaderboard numbers lately with his strength. Keep grinding, lifting, and encouraging the rest of us Dave. You the man!
