**Athlete gets one bar and must adjust weights from deadlift to OHS and Squat Cleans**

On Nov. 5 at 1:34 p.m., a terrorist named Major Nidal Hasan attacked fellow soldiers and civilians at Fort Hood, Texas. When the shooting ended, he had killed 12 soldiers and one civilian and wounded 43 others.

Spc. Frederick Greene, 29, of Mountain City, Tennessee, Pfc. Aaron Thomas Nemelka, 19, of West Jordan, Utah, Pfc. Michael Pearson, 22, of Bolingbrook, Illinois, and Spc. Kham Xiong, 23, of St. Paul, Minnesota, along with eleven of the wounded were active CrossFitters in the 20th Engineer Battalion, home to Lumberjack CrossFit.

    Kyle F….doesn’t make sense for someone to be as mean as he is in a WOD and as nice as he is before and after. Kyle is a freak of a CrossFit athlete and a freak of a person in the way he treats others day in and day out. Thanks for be a consistent person first and athlete second.

    Kyle F is a total animal! Inherently strong, super motivated, and a relentless competitor. He’s also truly one of the nicest guys you’ll ever meet, and he is an absolute pleasure to be around. So proud to have him represent CFHSV both as an athlete and as a person! ?

    Y’all haven’t seen nothing yet. Kyle started eating correctly about a month or two ago. He fixin to leave everybody in the dust.
    I saw Luciana at Urban Cookhouse yesterday Kyle. Your little girl is the cutest thing I have ever seen.
