A. Spend 15 minutes working on rope climb technique and scales

B. Complete the following for time of:

10 ground to overhead 95/65

2 rope climbs 15′

200m run

8 ground to overhead 135/95

2 rope climbs

200m run

6 ground to overhead 155/105

2 rope climbs 15′

200m run

4 ground to overhead 185/125

2 rope climbs 15′

200m run

2 ground to overhead 205/140

2 rope climbs 15′

200m run

This Saturday, June 21st: Pull-Up Workshop, 11am-12pm. Counts as a regular visit for Silver and Gold, $15 for Bronze Members. Come master your kipping and/or butterfly pull-ups! Open to all levels.

    25:17 scaled S2O wt (65,85,95,105,100) Just couldn’t get 110 OH nor could I get the 105 so dropped to the 100 in order to finish. Tough WOD for me, but liked it!

    I’ve been working out at home following the DB workouts. I had ot post on this one. Great workout. I had to modify a bit since I don’t have a rope (yet).

    Used KTE and the pull on the row to make up for the lack of rope climb.
