30 minute AMRAP of:

30 wallballs 20/14  10/9′  (MRX 20/10  9′)

30 unanchored ab-mat sit-ups  or  GHD sit-ups

60 double-unders  or  60 mogul/ski jumps

30 handstand push-ups  (MRX 4′ rise) or 30 push press 75/55  or  95/65

30 sumo deadlift highpull 75/55  or  95/65

30 box jumps/step-ups  24/20″

30 hang power cleans 75/55  or  95/65

30 thrusters 75/55  or  95/65

60 double-unders  or  60 mogul/ski jumps

30 dips or 30 barbell push-ups

30 barbell lunges 75/55  or  95/65

60 double-unders  or  60 mogul/ski jumps

30 back squats 75/55  or  95/65

30 jerks/shoulder to overhead  75/55  or  95/65

Only one athlete works at a time. Reps must be split evenly for each movement. Teammates must slap hands to trade off.
