    Ropes are back and Nick is pulling his way to the top! Nick has been a great addition to CFHSV. He’s pretty quiet and laid back but he can crack jokes and throw down in any WOD he wants. Thanks for showing us how to rope climb again dude…and keep up the hard work!

    Heck yeah! Nick looking like a total stud, fighting his way up that rope like a champ. This guy has been humble, smart and consistent since he started back on his CrossFit journey. His years of experience show through his solid form and technique, and his hard work is already paying off with obvious gains in his overall fitness. He’s quiet, friendly and always a pleasure to have in class. Stay the course, Nick! 🙂
