That’s what I’m talking about, Brandi! Grinding through a tough WOD with all-out effort. This lady is a fitness fanatic who is always on the move. She does CrossFit, cycling, mountain biking, and even throws in some long distance running, too. She’s positive and friendly, and shows up early with a coffee and a smile, ready to throw down. She’s been working hard for years and it shows in her well-rounded abilities in and out of the gym. Keep after it, Brandi! 😄

She’s always personable and friendly to coaches and classmates alike. She’s encouraging and motivating to those around her and she’s full of life all the time. Brandi finishing Murph up STRONG! Brandi is a well rounded athlete that only knows one pace… and that’s all out! She will always hold on for another rep, dig a little deeper and push a littler harder in order to save a second or two. Not only is she a great athlete but she’s also fun, friendly and loves to get a few dance moves in before, during and after the WODs. Keep it up!!
