    Yeah Mindy! Focused, kind, and hard working. Mindy looks out for those around her, gets her work done, and keeps a great attitude the whole time. She’s CrossFit courteous to her core and has been since day one. Mindy has made incredible gains in her strength and endurance since joining and it’s been a treat to watch.     Mindy showing up and showing out like she has since day one, always putting in work with a great attitude and a smile! This stud showed up a runner and has quickly gained the strength and skills to build a solid foundation of well-rounded fitness. She’s one fourth of the Rogers family unit that all throw down with us, and we are lucky to have them all at CFHSV! Keep after it, Mindy! All that work will continue to pay off! 🙂
