B.  4 minutes as many rounds as possible of:

10 wallballs 20/14 lbs. 10/9′  (55 and over  20/10  9′)

max reps sumo deadlift high pull 75/55  or  95/65

rest 3 minutes

4 minutes as many rounds as possible of:

    I am blessed just to be a part of CFHSV. Our coaches lead by example, setting the bar high, and the crossfit standards even higher. I look around at all of the athletes in our gym, and I think I need to be stonger, faster, more technical, more coordinated, more flexible, and have more heart! What a group of friends!! I am proud to be just a little part of CFHSV. Shout out to T.J. in NYC.
