This is a timed workout. If you complete the round of 18, go on to 21. If you complete 21, go on to 24, etc.

    Did a 11:30 test run and beat my goal of 50 with a 60. Now, all I have to do is reproduce on Saturday and I’ll be happy.

    11:30 was looking fierce! Way to go all!
