“Bring Sally Up” Squats

135/95   115/80   95/65 or use a weight that you can do 20 reps unbroken

*Start with bar on back; Song Plays – follow the lyrics. When it says Bring “Bring Sally Down Squat and hold until told to come up “Bring Sally Up” Don’t quit, make it for the whole song*

5 Rounds For Time: (20min cap)
5 Thrusters   95/65   RX+ 135/95   MRX 75/55

5 Shoulder to Overhead
5 Front Squats
5 Bar or Ring Muscle-Ups   MRX 5 Chest to Bar
50 Double Unders

Rest 2min between each round

Flexibility Development

Spend 3min on Banded Shoulder Stretches

2x30sec Couch Stretch
2x30sec Head to Floor Straddle Stretch

Spend 3min on PVC Shoulder Stretches

2x30sec Butterfly Stretch

2x30sec American Splits

    Ava looking strong and focused, moving in unison with her big sister leading the way. Ava is a young stud who already has a lot of CrossFit under her belt from years of throwing down as a CFHSV CrossFit Kid. She’s sweet just like her whole family, but she’s also got a little bit of spunk and a lot of grit. She pushes herself, works super hard, and isn’t afraid of a challenge. She’s incredibly respectful and always receptive to coaching, too. Keep it up, Ava! ☺️
