    Had to adjust slightly…nursing an upper arm injury
    with ski jumps, 1 arm 125# sumo DL, 1 arm rowing and 1 arm burpee toes to bar (used ring for assistance)

    I did not complete today’s WOD…however, I was able to solidify the toes to bar movement I finally got (after almost 6 years of doing CrossFit (Open WOD 16.2 …hint, hint…don’t give up). I was very happy knowing that I was able to surpass the energy/excitement of the Open to perform the movement in an actual WOD. Feeling good…feeling positive…feeling inspired :-).
