    Adam carrying that weighted plate like a Boom Box playing his favorite jams on that run. Adam is a stellar athlete and person. He’s got the skills to pay the bills in the gym and he handles his business outside the gym too. He’s always polite and kind to the coaches and his fellow athletes making him class act in any class he attends. Keep putting in work the right way dude cause you make it look smooth!

    Adam looking calm, cool and collected as always, even in the midst of a super tough WOD. This guy is skilled, strong and hard working. He makes everything look easy and is super coachable and polite too. Awesome person and a great athlete! Keep doing your thing, Adam! ?
